Production Deployment Guide

Overview

Enkindl simplifies production deployment by handling the infrastructure complexities for you. To deploy your full-stack application (React Frontend, Node Backend, Database with configured integrations), simply provide the necessary access credentials for your chosen provider.

Below are the specific keys and permissions required for us to automate your deployment on each platform.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

To deploy your stack on AWS (S3/CloudFront for frontend, Elastic Beanstalk for backend, RDS for DB), we require an IAM User with specific access capabilities.

Required Credentials

Access Key ID accessKeyId
The public identifier for your IAM user.
Required
Secret Access Key secretAccessKey
The secret key used to sign requests. Visible only at creation.
Required
Region region
Target AWS Region (e.g., us-east-1).
Required
How to Obtain AWS Credentials
  1. Log in to the AWS IAM Console.
  2. Create a new User with Programmatic Access.
  3. Attach the following policies:
    • AmazonS3FullAccess
    • AWSElasticBeanstalkFullAccess
    • AmazonRDSFullAccess
  4. Copy the generated Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.

Why Multi-Cloud Matters: Unlike managed platforms that lock you into a single provider, Enkindl gives you the freedom to deploy anywhere. Learn more about our deployment advantages compared to CMS solutions.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

For GCP deployments (Cloud Storage, App Engine, Cloud SQL), we need a Service Account Key with appropriate administrative roles.

Microsoft Azure

We deploy to Azure Static Web Apps, App Service, and Azure Database for MySQL. Providing a standard App Registration allows us to manage these resources.

Required Credentials

Subscription ID subscriptionId
The ID of the subscription where resources will be created.
Required
Client ID clientId
Application (client) ID of your Service Principal.
Required
Client Secret clientSecret
A secret string that the application uses to prove its identity.

How to Obtain Azure Credentials
  1. In Azure Portal, register a new application under App registrations.
  2. Create a Client Secret in Certificates & secrets.
  3. Assign the Contributor role to this app for your Subscription via IAM.
